Selecting the Files to Backup

Instant Accounts and Instant Accounts Plus automatically backs up your data files using the floppy disk drive A. You can, however, select to back up all your files, your report and/or layout templates, your product images or just your data files.

Files which you are backing up must have a correct file extension, otherwise they will not be included in the backup. For example, if you are backing up layout templates all of the files must have a file extension of .SLY, while image files must have the extension .JPG or .GIF.
